Support

There are many needs in setting up a school. Above all we ask you to pray that God will build this school for his own glory. In addition to that we ask that you will consider the following ways to support us:

Staff

The most crucial asset of any school is its staff. In order to begin the school we need a particular kind of candidate; someone who is not only capable in the classroom but can drive our vision towards a reality here in New Plymouth.

Location

A close second in terms of importance is a place to meet. Government (and Cambridge) regulations to promote safe learning environments require a certain standard of facility. If you know of a location in New Plymouth where we may be able to meet, please get in contact with us!

Committed Parents

We also need commitment from parents. Another government regulation for private schools is that we have a minimum of 9 fee-paying students. In order to be financially viable (without significant financial support) we need at least 18 fee-paying students.

If you are enthusiastic about our vision we ask that you consider pre-enrolling your children for the 2026 school year. This is not binding, but the strong statement of support will enable us to plan accordingly and work out whether we need more staff urgently or not. It will also provide us with the details we need to communicate with you effectively.

Funding

Depending on overheads, private education costs parents between $6000-8000 per year per student. Most of this only accounts for running costs and doesn’t include the purchase of property or sports equipment, etc. Even so, this is unaffordable for many.

We have a number of suggestions to help share the financial burden, including churches helping their members, asking extended family and grandparents to help…

But we are also looking for financial support from businesses and other generosity who are passionate about Christian education and the pursuit of academic excellence. Your donations will help us to provide scholarships for needy families and subsidizing fees as much as we can. Every little bit helps!
